We want you to be satisfied with your Kasimir purchase. This policy applies to orders placed through kasimirglobal.com and does not replace any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country or region.

30-day return period

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. To qualify, the item must be unused, in the condition received, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To request a return, email service@kasimirglobal.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we will provide the return address and instructions. Do not send an item back before receiving authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return shipping

For returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any related customs charges. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Kasimir will provide an appropriate solution and cover reasonable return or replacement costs when applicable.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order after delivery. Contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days, if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photos or video so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene, safety, and quality-control reasons, opened or used markers, pens, adhesives, clay, paints, crayons, and similar consumable art or stationery products cannot be returned unless defective. We also cannot accept returns of personalized or custom-made products, gift cards, or items marked final sale. Contact us if you are unsure whether an item is eligible.

Exchanges

The fastest way to obtain a different item is to return the eligible item and place a new order after the return is approved.

Order cancellations

Contact us promptly if you need to cancel or change an order. We will try to help, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has started or the order has shipped.

European Union 14-day right of withdrawal

If an order is delivered to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days without giving a reason, subject to applicable law and permitted exceptions. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting an approved return. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact service@kasimirglobal.com.
